Wonderland was the creation of producer Caesar Kalowinski.  After starting both Graceland Records, focusing on modern rock, and Intense, focusing on heavy metal, the rights were sold to Frontline Records.  Wonderland was then started in 1990, and continued until 1993 when the label was engulfed by WAL.
